This design came to life the way a lot of good ideas do... over a drink.

Zane Lamprey was sitting at a brewery with friends, deep in conversation, when someone with a dog walked through the front door. Without excusing himself, Zane stood up and walked over to meet the dog, and spent the next few minutes making a brand-new four-legged friend.

When he came back to the table, someone laughed and said, "You just ditched us for a dog."

He smiled. "I found better company."
