Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LMPRY gear. If something does not work out, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Final sale items, gift cards, and Kickstarter rewards are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return

To start a return, please click here and follow the return instructions.

Return by Mail

For mail-in returns, please include your packing slip inside the package and attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label to the outside of the box.

All contiguous U.S. orders will have the option to use a free prepaid return label.

You may also return your item using another trackable shipping method at your own expense. Send to:

LMPRY is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered return packages sent using your own shipping method, so we recommend keeping your tracking information until your return has been fully processed.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Original Payment Method

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used on the order. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued back to a gift card.

Wrong or Defective Item

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@lmpry.com and we’ll make it right.
